These terms of sale and delivery apply to purchases of goods by private consumers on Loveanddivine.com for delivery in Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Loveanddivine.com is available 24 hours a day, allowing you to shop at your convenience. However, we may temporarily close the shop for maintenance of the web solution. You can only make purchases when the webshop is open and accessible.

To shop at Loveanddivine.com, you must be 18 years old and possess a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have the legal right to enter into the purchase agreement.

You select the desired items and add them to your cart by clicking "Buy now" or "Add to cart" next to each product. You can amend the contents of the cart up until the point of order placement, and can therefore continuously check the contents and the price of the items.

Any additional payments for, for example, shipping and credit card fees, will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to enter your payment information.

When you are ready to order, hover over the cart and click 'Go to checkout'. A detailed overview of the products you have added to the cart will then be displayed, showing the total price including shipping. To proceed, click 'Continue to checkout', where you enter your billing information. It is possible to specify delivery information that differs from the billing information.

Next, please choose your desired payment method. You can change the cart until you confirm your purchase by clicking "Pay" and your payment is accepted. Your order will then be processed by Loveanddivine.comYour payment options:

Once you have ordered one or more items from Loveanddivine.com, you will receive an order confirmation/receipt for your order at the email address you provided during the order process. Remember to check your junk/spam folder. We reserve the right to refuse orders for items that are out of stock, and for typographical and pricing errors. A binding purchase agreement is not entered into until you have received an invoice from us, which finally confirms your purchase.

Who delivers the package?
Your package will be shipped with PostNord.

What is the cost of delivery for my package?
We offer free shipping regardless of whether you choose PostNord with delivery or PostNord without delivery (Post office or Parcel shop).

When will I receive my package?
Your package will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive your invoice at the email address you provided during the order.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal

When you shop at Loveanddivine.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. In the case of several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually, or an item delivered in several batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last item or batch.

You cannot cancel your purchase simply by failing to collect the item.

If you wish to return one or more items, you have two options:

• Please use the enclosed return label that was in your package when you received your order. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office or parcel locker. This costs DKK 45.00, which will automatically be deducted from the amount you are to receive back.
• If you do not want to use the enclosed return label, you can drop off the package at your nearest post office. Remember that in this case, you must pay the shipping costs yourself immediately.

When returning items, you should ensure that the item/items are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any Track & Trace number.

IMPORTANT:

• You must send the item/items back no later than 14 days after you have cancelled your purchase.
• Enclose the order confirmation that is included in your package from us.
• You must include the return form that you received with your order in the package. It must be completed.

When we receive an item, we inspect it, and you will be refunded the amount you paid us at the time of purchase, minus any shipping costs if you used our return shipping label. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase. For example, if you paid with a debit card, the purchase amount will be credited back to the debit card you used at the time of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE:

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has deteriorated because:

• you have actually used the item,
• it has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
• you have handled the item in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the items
• you have not complied with the limitations of the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, item type, etc.

Your purchase from Loveanddivine.com is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including rules on defects. This means that you can get your money back if the claim is justified and if the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

• You must contact us as soon as possible after you discover the defect in the item
• You can make a complaint by contacting us by email at info@loveanddivine.com or by phone at +45 86 75 33 00.
• Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.

When returning an item, please provide as detailed information as possible about the problem. Feel free to use our return form, which you received with your order. It is not a requirement, but it facilitates our case handling and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

If the complaint is justified, we will, of course, refund your reasonable shipping costs. If the complaint is not approved, you must bear all shipping costs yourself, including our shipping costs for returning the item after inspection.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt including information on shipping costs and any Track & Trace number.

Please note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or similar.

To shop on Loveanddivine.com, you must provide at least the following information:

The above data will be stored along with information about the items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which the information will be deleted.

If you have created a login on Loveanddivine.com, your personal information and order details will not be deleted unless you contact us about it. Your information will not be passed on or sold to third parties, unless this occurs in connection with a restructuring or a complete or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation applicable at all times.

As a customer, you have the right to access our registration of data about you. You can object to a registration in accordance with the rules in the Personal Data Processing Act, and inquiries in this regard should be directed to info@loveanddivine.com
