When you shop at Love&Divine we always send your package with track and trace - so you can always track your package. All our orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days if your order before 3pm monday-friday. Your package are shipped with UPS/GLS

All our prices are incl. Vat and other taxes. Prices are daily prices. When you trade with Sisters Point, agreements are concluded in Danish. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to email@example.com
If you wish to return your order you must fill out the enclosed return form and return the package to us. We do not refund your shipping costs.

When we receive your package we check the product(s) and we will refund the amount, you have paid for the product(s).
We will provide your refunds with the same payment method used by you for the original transaction.
Please note:The returned item(s) must not show signs of wear, staining or damage. Nor must returned items be tainted with extraneous smell of e.g. perfume or smoke. If so you may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part.

Claims - if something is wrong with the product
You always have two years of warranty. The amount of the item and the shipping costs will be refunded as soon as possible after we have received your returned item, provided that the complaint is justified and timely.
Remember to complete and enclose the return form that came with your invoice and fill out the section on complaint for faster expedition. (Can be downloaded here)

Shipping costs in connection with complaint
When refunding shipping costs in connection with a complaint, you must submit a copy of your receipt for dispatch to email@example.com - remember to enter your order number in the mail.
If we cannot agree on the processing of a claim, you may submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board, Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.forbrug.dk. The complaint can be submitted by completing a complaint form via www.minsag.forbrug.dk.
